This Single Screw Smooth Barrel Extruder is developed by Ematik GmbH. The barrel and screw is available in L/D ratio that ranges from 25 up to 35. On the other hand, the screw has a diameter that ranges form 25 mm up to 160 mm. In addition, the screws are nitrided while the barrels are air cooled with water cooling to the feed zone. The screws are available with a variety of geometries to be able to cater applications according to the specific requirements of the customers.
