The Cera 300 series is manufactured by Cera Engineering, and is a single strap machine that is utilized to automatically feed the hook or the eye strap and weld the re-enforcement, which the strap has up to 4 rows with hook that is straight or folded. It has an output of up to 3000 pcs/hr at 100% production rate, which has a welding time of 0.2 s. It also has a sonics of 30 kHz and 1600 W with a 6 bar pneumatic, which has a weight of 380 kg.
