The Automatic assembly machine CERA 520 Series is manufactured by Cera Engineering. The product is commonly utilized in automatic mode with welding the elastic on the axis of the slide or traditional threading around the slide. The maximum length measures 999 mm and the minimum length for the welding on the slide is 30 mm and for traditional threading is 50 mm. The minimum width is 8 mm and the maximum width is 23 mm. The overall dimension measures 1.85 x 0.75 x 1.30 in and weighs 500 kg. The electrical is 220 V and for the single phase it has 50 or 60 Hz. The pneumatic measurement is 6 bar and the maximum output is 1,200 pieces per hour at 100%.
