Open-rim centrifugal Hydro-Extractor with double automatic lid

Versatility
ESH is the most versatile hydro extractor of the POZZI line. It was designed mainly for the treatment of rope material; however, it can receive completely different loads, such as dye-baskets of socks, containers for ready-made garments, packages and other textile forms like hanks and cakes. It can also be used for the hydro-extraction of cakes of loose fibres.

Effortless loading
This machine, thanks to the particular configuration of the open rimmed basket, makes the function of loading and unloading of the product to be hydro-extracted much easier. It also allows for the introduction of a container, of the same diameter of the basket, which can be rigged up to receive textile products. Nets can also be used to move the material. The hydro-extractor is fitted with two coaxial covers lifted up together. The internal cover closes the opening of the basket and rotates with the same. The second cover is acting as protection. The blockage system of the lid is by positive action and is controlled by a mechanical device which ensures safety.
The synchronized perfect closure of the two covers is guaranteed by a specific visco-elastic support of the internal cover which adapts the linkage geometry of the various elements.
