Breye's flat sheet dies are designed with a software, built in 3D design, and created on CNC machines. These units get their covering from a selection of materials and layering depending on the application, and integrated with a professional polish.

Decades of experience and management of the overall extrusion method allow this feature. The program consists of single layer and multi-layer dies, with widths of up to 2800 mm.

The dies are utilized to manufacture flat films of typical thicknesses ranging from 0.05 to 1.5 mm, and for sheet production with thicknesses from 1 to 25 mm.
