BLM Group presents LT8 3D laser pipe cutting machine. It provides maximum flexibility and ease-of-use along with excellent quality and highly accurate laser cutting. It can handle a tube diameter range between 12 and 220 mm and up to 35 Kg/m of bar weight.

LT8 features a tilting head. 3D cut processing is allowed on every section, including open and special profiles. It provides unparalleled productivity thanks to an effective automatic loading mechanism and an innovative and intelligent unload.

LT8 has an automatic nesting software module for nesting of parts. Also, it has ultra low end bar scrap. These features ensure available material is optimally exploited. The machine can manage the most complicated productions automatically. These include cutting multiple pieces on a singe bar or on a bar with varying sections. For each product step, the machine can suggest and choose the most appropriate option.
