This machine is designed for processing laminated busbars. The device can be used for punching M6 - M14 (without insulation) and cutting laminated rails that are flexible. It can handle thickness up to 10 mm (without insulation) and a width of up to 100 mm (without insulation). It can be used for various applications such as separation and punching holes on finned Cu and Al rails. It can provide through holes for M6 - M14 screws.

The machine can hold cutting block and hole punching tools. Its pressure unit is permanently integrated in the main unit. The pressure unit comprises hydraulic piston and cylinder including punch holder in the top part. On the lower part, it has the centric holder hole for dies and cutting block insert. It features foldable stops in front and on the sides for punching are additionally mounted in the machine.
