SMC Pneumatics leads the world with their new generation of compact actuators with standardized mounting sizes in Series C55. This double acting pneumatic cylinder with a single rod is compliant with ISO 21287 standards. These high performance cylinders fit a variety of automated machine applications.

The piston wear ring, rod bushing and rubber bumpers enable an exceptional load performance with stroke lengths of up to 150 mm. The bore sizes are 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 80 and 100 mm. It can utilize pressures at 0.05-1.0 MPa and fluid temperatures between -10 and +90?C, with piston speeds between 50 to 500 mm/sec.
