This device will solve the problem of linear-actuators bearing high loads. It is perfect for material handling application, and there are two different types, self-lubricating slide bushing and linear ball bearing. The 100mm slide bushing version is capable of halting a load of 1300kg moving at 280mm/sq, or it can lift 450kg with a safety of 40%. In its entirety, the set is lightweight and small, and has pre-tapped holes for mounting. It can be mounted on the side of the bottom. The MCG has bore sizes measuring 12mm to 100mm and is able to switch.
