The SLC-1730-M Model is a micropositioner with integrated position sensor developed by SmarAct. This linear micro sensor is also designed with 0.1 ?m resolution, +/- 10 ?m accuracy, and can be supplied with microsensor. The installation of microsensor into the straight positioner has no impact on the external dimensions of the positioner. In additions, the positioners with embedded microsensor can be coupled to an HCU-3DM or CU-3DM controller which displays the sensor values and use them for closed-loop position control.
