AC servo-drive / analog

The DB100 is the most recent release in the Universal AC servo system that was produced by the Invt KINWAY in 2012. The power range of the unit is rated at 200W ~ 5.5Kw, through both pulse and analog quality signal control and through technology which breaks continuously to significantly improve the performance of the product which meets the functional requirements of the universal industrial machine. Additional features include: strong overload, instantaneous torque with up to three times the overload, which overcomes the inertia moment loads at the moment of initiation. There is inbuilt resonance suppression function which is able to effectively suppress the resonance phenomenon of the mechanical structure. The superior high speed points to the performance. The speed response is greater than 650 Hz and the speed ranges from -3000r/min to 3000r/min. Acceleration time stands at just 6ms. There are a full range of models that are in built in braking unit with a breaking resistor.
