Monorail guidance system of SCHAEFFER utilizes two-row of miniature linear recirculating ball bearing integrated with guide-way assemblies.

They are ideal for applications requiring moderate load carrying capacities. Easy to install with low cost of maintenance, with its modular construction and components such as the guide-ways and carriages that can be easily replaced with any units having the same interchangeability and accuracy class, contributing to the cost efficiency of the system. Seals are placed on the end pieces of the carriages for a contaminant free system. All parts are greased and can be re-lubricated. They can be easily integrated in the production floor.
