Linear recirculating monorail guidance systems offer roller bearings and guideway assemblies with the highest load carrying capacity and rigidity. These roller bearings comprise at least one carriage with a full complement roller system, a guideway, integrated elastic wipers on the end faces of the carriage, sealing strips on the upper and lower faces of the carriage along with closing plugs to close off the fixing holes in the guideway.

These carriages and guideways are made for each other as standard due to their close tolerance preload and robust system. Moreover, these carriages and guideways can be used in a number of different combinations.

The roller bearings and guideway assemblies are best suited for accelerations up to 100m/s2, speeds up to 180m/min and operating temperatures from ?10?C to +100?C. They can be used in a variety of applications with long unlimited stroke lengths, high and very high loads and high to very high rigidity.
