guide rail / with adjusting gib and angled needle roller flat cage

The ML/V guideway pair has a standard design which is equipped with an adjusting gib as well as angled needle roller flat cages. The gib is known to preload uniformly throughout the guide-way with a surface pitch of 1,5%. As the gib moves up by 1mm, there is an increase in the height by 15 µm along with guide-ways graded as Q6 and Q10.

Mostly, metal or plastic is used while making double row angled needle roller flat cages along with an angled tooth rack in the standard design. This variant is preferably used in case of risk of cage creep such as designs with non-uniform rigidity in the guidance area or at an area where the cage stands still.
