The Inch Ceramic Coated Shafting (CC-CCPDL), also called as feather shafting, is especially developed to be utilized with Simplicity Frelon GOLD lined bearings and pillow blocks. This is also suitable for contaminated operations, the inch ceramic coated aluminum shafting provides optimum corrosion resistance, and can resist vibration.

The availability of solid round (CC) or pre-drilled (CCPDL) variants provides the user with versatility. The pre-drilled inch ceramic-coated shafting is compatible with an aluminum predrilled support rail for fully-supported operations of managing heavy-duty loads.

There is an optional custom-end machining offered. The unit with solid-round shafting (CC) comes in inch sizes from 3/16? to 2?, to a maximum length of 12 feet. Pre-drilled (CCPDL) is available in sizes from 1/2? thru 2?, to a maximum length of 12 feet.
