Gear motor consisting of a AMSS series brushless servomotor and WORM GEAR MOTOR.Conforms to the requirements of the EHEDG hygiene guidelines.
MOTOR: 4 poles sinusoidal brushless motor, totally enclosed. Rotor with NdFeB magnets.Safety circuit breaker. Winding class H. IP69K protection. Feedback with encoder, sonde Hall o resolver. Reduced clearance bearings with special grease for high temperatures.

WORM GEAR UNIT: stainless steel casing. Centre distance 30 mm. Bronze ring. Hardened steel screw with ground thread rotating on ball and roller bearings. Lubrication with special long life oil. Sealing rings made in special rubber for high temperatures. Gear ratios (i) available, 5 / 7 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 61 / 80. Rated torque 18 Nm. It also has a Stainlees Steel crew with ground thread rotating on ball and in the roller bearings.
