The MS15 is a linear motor-driven single-axis positioning stage developed by Mechonics. It comes with low hysteresis and piezo operated which holds reached position without current. The unit comes with 15 nm step width, 50 nm positioning accuracy, and 1.5 mm/s velocity. In addition, the system is equipped with optional vacuum preparation and possible with customized configuration.
