The PZT series are multi-layer piezo-electric actuators that are utilized in various industrial applications. They posses low voltage and are integrated with variable cross sections and displacements up to 18µm. These devices are linked together in massive stacks in order to achieve bigger displacement. They are specifically designed for nano-positioning applications that need the incorporation of multiple layers of piezo actuators into flexure movement phases. Available models are PZT1 to PZT4.
