The MD 24 / 28 series is a Microstepping driver with maximum 50 VDC. It uses modules that are micro-step capable and uses a copper technology on its motor currents and identical motors that delivers high speed and torques comparable to other drive modules. This microstepping driver uses a clocking/direction interface also allows simple connection to various motion controllers or a PLC. It is ideal for 2-phase and 4-phase stepper motors and also produces low level noise only. It also is opto-isolated, TTL-compatible inputs and has high protection against short-circuit, over voltage and overcurrent. It needs a power supply of 50 V DC and has an output current up to 4.2 A.
