Sealed Belt driven unit is available in variants like standard and clean room. The device is also available in two sizes and is very efficient. It uses HepcoMotion's high capacity LBG recirculating ball guides that tend to offer improved moment and load capacity. It also ensures longer life when in high duty cycle applications. A stainless steel band is used for sealing. This band runs along the length of the beam and kept in contact by a magnetic strip. It helps in reducing the chances of debris and dust entering the system.

Sealed Belt driven unit?s clean room version comes with a modified sealing plan. It also has pre tapped vacuum connection holes. The device is EN ISO 14664-1 certified. It uses polyurethane steel reinforced belts and is suitable for heavy duty applications.
