The compact piezoelectric stage XY25XS is constructed based on the APA 25XS actuators. This unit is designed for use with integrated devices for micro scanning, fiber positioning, etc.

The unit has a maximum displacement of 25 ?m; and measures 20x50x50 mm. The unloaded resonance frequency is 3000 Hz.
