This piezo positionner OPP120SM uses the amplified piezo actuator of CEDRAT TECHNOLOGIES normal type of actuator and some extra guidance to move the target vertically with perfection. The features available with this are Strain Gauges, Eddy Current Sensors, Vacuum. Operational wise the maximum No-load displacement is 140?m with resonance frequency of 600Hz and response time of (1,1)ms. The device is available in standard mode with a dimension of 50*65*40.
