Bimba Original Line? hole punch cylinder has lifelong grease lubrication and thus eliminates the use of extra lubrication. The "Blue and Improved" design modifications have resulted in a more than 2x increase in the expected service life of the cylinder. It has been made with 1" stroke.

The cylinder is capable of punching several million holes in thin poly material with thickness of 3 mil or less. Bore size is 3/4". The cylinder has a hardened steel cutter in 7 diameter sizes - 1/4", 5/16, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2", 9/16, 5/8. It can also be ordered without the cutter so that customers can choose their own cutter design. An air jet is created by the hollow rod design for ejection of the cut-out slug after every cycle.
