Manufactured by Aerotech, the AXR is a two axis rotary assembly that is capable of a high-speed performance suitable for complicated 3D part geometries. The AXR has a precision-aligned system and multiple frame sizes with direct- or gear-driven options.

The key features of the AXR include ability to comply with a variety of load and accuracy requirements through multiple configurations, incorporated rotary union for vacuum, a yaw axis that has a high speed, and an optional sealing system.
