Aerotechs low profile ATS25 series stages are noted for its smooth and precision linear translation. Aerotech's patented sub-micron-resolution drive is embedded into the device. Both coarse and fine adjustment is possible with the drive. The fine adjustment allows for 25 nm resolution while the coarse knob enables rapid translation. Preloaded crossed-roller bearings are better in providing better geometrical accuracies and larger load carrying capabilities when compared with linear ball-bearing systems. Easily mounted with XY and XYZ applications. And for applications that require vertical mounting, there is an optional mounting bracket.
