Trio? PRSC Series Conveyors are truss frame conveyors designed to transvers an arc pathway up to 270 degrees and stack bulk materials in a radial stockpile.
Standard PRSC Series Conveyors include a fifth wheel hitch, fenders, and brake and light package for road travel. They have an axle assembly with swivel wheels and a manual raise height adjustment structure with a pin type lock. A pivot plate anchors the tail end during radial travel. Truss sections are bolt together for simple assembly and economical shipping. Head end class II drives are equipped with Trio? ICC gear reducer including backstop, 1800 RPM, TEFC electric motor, sheaves, v-belts, v-belt drive guard and screw type belt slack take-ups. Premium Idlers are CEMA ?C?, ICC, with 5? diameter rollers and sealed for life ball bearings.
