draining big bag station

Big bag discharge stations from Azo are used for discharging big bags from the transport pallet into the dumping station. These are equipped with lifting gear and a big bag connection system. The big bags are deposited through a fork truck onto the transport pallet where slings are slipped over the lifting device, and the chain is hoisted onto the big bag. It is finally moved to the dumping station and lowered for docking.

Big bags are discharged into the downstream process by removing the tie-up string after which the big bag is slightly lifted by the chain hoist. The dumping station is equipped with vibration support or a flexing device for flow-resistant bulk materials.
