Sirius Electric presents SEW US/04 ultrasonic sewing machine. It has been conceptualized and made with advanced technologies like CAD and CNC. This machine has a modern design. It is ideal for sewing synthetic textiles, and serves as a substitute to conventional sewing with yarn.

Its unique transportation mechanism has adjustable pressure and it allows curvilinear welding. The sewing machine has a swinging arm, thus making it adaptable to a range of productive and ergonomical exigencies. The ultrasonic generator has 1000 watt power and 36 kHz frequency. All key welding parameters - transport speed, amplitude of vibration, driving pressure and welding quote - are adjustable.
