The BEARING-MATE is a transport and mounting tool designed and develop by SCHAEFFLER. Designed to handle medium-sized and large rolling bearings up to a mass of 500 kg. It is ideal to use when the bearing needs to be heated or be transported by crane. With its two handles and two steel strips, bearings can easily be handled either mechanically using a crane or manually by 2 people. Brackets are also included to prevent tilting during transport, especially of its a spherical bearings or ball bearings. During mounting process, bearings are heated first, the tool expands together with the bearings.
