In the past, transporting sticky bulk materials is an insoluble challenge. Until the Schenck Process development specialist come up with the MULTIDOS VDP for a perfect economic solution which reliably feeds even sticky materials such as clay, marl, trass or sludge wit the high degree of accuracy that a weight-feeder can provide. The weighing technology has been integrated into the track of the VDP apron weight-feeders. Silo discharge and gravimetric feeding functions are now united in a single unit. This results in significantly better feeding, a stable repeatable quality improvement in the mixing plants as compared to apron feeders before.
