The Emplex ACS series semi-automatic band sealers are designed for angled and horizontal bag sealing applications. These include paper, poultry, bakery and hosiery products. The system can be configured to meet specific needs.

There is a choice between a 6200 or 7200 model for this Emplex bag sealer. The 6200 model uses 5 of cooling and 5 of heat. The 7200 model has been designed for higher speed or heavier duty operation and uses 10 of cooling and 10 of heat. Optional equipment is available for both of these sealers which includes a dry ink printer, an ink jet printer, an emboss coder, and a front end trimmer.
