automatic L-sealer / shrink packer

The APS-X is a North-American made fully-automated L Bar sealer. It is engineered to wrap product in polyolefin, PVC, and polyethylene to reduce films at a varying speed of 28-30 packages per minute. Product feed is delivered either automatically or manually onto the infeed conveyor belt of the machine. It elevates the product into the infeed sector of the wrapper where the electronic photo-cell sensor triggers a film advance system which allows product feed into the seal area. Once the product is in position, the sealing system is triggered to bring down the seal cap to seal and reduce the film to complete the bag around the product. On the completion of one sealing cycle, the seal head triggers a discharge conveyor to expel the package from the seal area, to make way for the next product.
