The OPA/PP 15/65 is a cooking vacuum machine bag or food packaging film that is able to resist extreme cooking temperatures of up to 115?C. Certified by the Foods Science department of Udine University, this bag conserves food and enables combined cooking with a steam oven. Each bag is fabricated from Plyamide or polypropylene and is ideal for long term storing and freezing temperatures.
