The MSK labeler was developed according to special provisions of the glass industry. He embodies advanced, integrated technique in the palletizing labeling: Labels will be attached by this labeling system without the use of cardboards on the pallet.
Benefits of MSK Labeler

The MSK engineers have developed a particularly material and hygiene friendly solution:

- The label consists of economic standard paper
- The label is snapped-off by the application head 90? and is placed on the horizontal surface on a plastic sheet or a cardboard tray
- The label is pinched under the following layer of bottles
- There is no need for the use of glue. This provides cost and hygienic advantages.

Feature: Also on pallets with plastic sheets the label is placed in that way, that it is sideways readable. The labeling system requires little space and can be upgraded without problems in existing palletizing system.

High process reliability

The labeling system MSK labeler enables complete traceability of pallets from the time of palletizing. Before leaving the palletizer, the data set is affixed suitable at the pallet. Thus, the products of the range are clearly recognizable also at a blackout or controller breakdown.
