RTV 1000-2000 FILLING/CORKING UNIT is a compact machine used to fill oil and other high density liquids in the capping bottles with screw caps. The standard version of the machine cap carries twelve taps and a bottling machine. A capping machine is also available to screw the caps with 4 rollers and conveying system for the squared bottles. The machine works on a specific rule to implement low pressure on the liquid system. User can easily adjust the upper tank and taps in the height through the handle and standard taps that are ? 14 mm.
The capping machine contains a hopper to automatically insert the caps on the neck of the bottles. The fixture, including filling machine inlet and outlet star used to cap machine center star, rails and counter star conveyors are easy to change and you can hold the bottles of different sizes. The base and parts come in the contact with the product and these parts and base are made of AISI 304 STAINLESS STEEL that is quite safe. The accident can be prevented with the help of guard and safety devices designed in compliance with EEC safety rules and regulations.
