The Line Vac by Exair is a compressed air-operated unit, connected to a standard hose, pipe or tube to create an ideal in-line conveyor. The unit can be designed to retrofit the current machinery.

It is manufactured with particular flanges. The flanges allow direct mounting to a device used in manufacturing silicon wafers for the semiconductor industry.

The unit is suitable for removing acidic vapors that resulted from surface etching of the silicon wafer. Furthermore, the Line Vac is manufactured with a long exhaust piping with various bends that create high back pressure.
