The Innopouch Bartelt K -series horizontal forming, fill and seal (HFFS) machine gives you adaptability with fast change-overs for your production needs, even if your requirements are side sealed pouched or stand-up pouches with or without zipper, dry products or liquids. It also gives you easy operator access, servo assisted, recipe driven changeovers with a performance up to 100 cycles per minute. Some basic features are operator side loading of film and zipper, top seal pre-heat, heat, cooling and servo pick-off with empty pouch reject. It has less mechanical parts, better functional control, and lesser noise. This will also increase productivity.
