Interroll idler pulley with integral bearings includes a static shaft, precision-machining type shell, and dimensions matching drum motors.

The pulley has a IP66 protection rate (IP69k for D-series), and internal shaft sealing system as double-lipped, FPM. It has an external shaft sealing system S-series as deflection seal, NBR; i-series as Labyrinth; and D-series as deflection seal PTFE (for IP69k). For maximum belt tension and maximum belt speed, please refer to equivalent drum motor.

The pulley has both shaft pin and shell material as mild or stainless steel. It can handle ambient temperature in the range of -5 to + 60?C, and maximum shell length SL between 193 to 1,000 mm.
