automatic cartoner / compact

A new, small solution for the packaging of bolts. This compact line includes a forming unit and closing unit in one single structure measuring just 200 x 200 cm in size. The system can reach a production of up to 7 boxes a minute and can be connected to a piece counter, weighing machine and other feeding systems.

? Vertical holder for ascending carton blanks to keep the top section of the cartons at the same level.
? Vertical and horizontal pneumatic axes to collect the blank carton and transfer it to the forming head where the glue is applied.
? Motorised chain in two fixed positions: below the forming head and in the product loading station.
? Pneumatic cylinder to transfer the filled box to the closing area.
? Closing of the box side flaps by means of rotating pneumatic cylinders.
? Adjustable motor-driven chain to close and glue the top for boxes of different sizes, using the same glue sprayer.
? Accident prevention guards.
? Installed power: 13 kW - 400 Volt, 3-phase - 50 Hz + PE.
? Painting: RAL 9010.
? Machine built according to CE Standards.
