Vertical fill/seal machine PANDYNO 400 / IPER . Positioned in the entrance of supermarket and shopping centre , reduces drastically the robbery of small goods .

The PANDYNO IPER is a manual fill and seal machine, with tubular material rolled up on the filling chute. By inserting the products in the filling chute, the product will descend due to its own weight, taking the tubular material with it. Once the product has fallen in the bottom of the bag, the seal cycle can be started by pulling down the arm of the machine. Seal time can be set with a timer.
The machine is equipped with two impulse sealing bars. In between the bars is an adjustable knife which can be used to make a definite cut to separate the bags or a perforated cut to achieve chain bags. The adjustable bag support will help you obtain the required length of the bags.

The PANDYNO /IPER has an increased filling chute and can use a tubular film (HDPE) with a max. width 48 cm.
This machine is placed at the entrances of hypermarkets, supermarkets, shopping centers and drastically reduces the thefts of small objects. The operation is very simple because the bags of customers are inserted into the filling chute and are sealed with a simple manual operation.
