- Fully automatic tablet/capsule counting and filling machine. Tablets/capsules loaded from the
hopper are aligned on a continuously vibrating 3 step trays and fed to the infrared electronic counting sensors.

- The machine fills the bottle with 100% accuracy.

- There are 4 independently working filling heads that fill the bottles that are fed by timing screws to achieve 200 bottles per minute.

- There are also 4 sets of vibrator trays with which the speed is individually adjustable to set for
optimum feeding condition.

- Double tablet shutter system ensures counting accuracy
and fastest container handling.

- All this at the speed of 200 bottles per minute with a footprint
of less than 4 square meters (w/o conveyor) makes this machine extremely space efficient.
