Module Head
The dimension is 6? x 6? x 1.85?. It has narrow poles for the purpose of lifting thin sheet metal.
The break-off force is 1,000 lbs tested with a 3? machined flat steel plate, 440 lbs with 1/4? thick sheet, and 80 lbs with a 18ga sheet.
Its magnetic attractive force could be activated by a current pulse which lasts less than one second and doesn?t require electricity any longer when holding a workpiece.

In order to establish an electro permanent lifting magnet system you need a main beam, a few across beams, a few modules and a control box EPBS-C30 with a battery. EPRC-3 remote control is an option for wireless remote operation. For example, an electro permanent lifting magnet system, including 8 MS99-12V, can lift 6? x 12? x 18ga-1/4? thick steel plate (sheet) safely.
