The axis of the MULCO tension pulley M M 40/60-0 is built with high quality steel and aluminum castor. They are able to function in temperatures upwards of 120 ?C.

Furthermore, these tension rollers can be mounted with cantilevers on the machine wall. This mounting design activates a simple adjustment of the belt prevention force. The rollers are factory lubricated with lithium soap grease. Use an adjustable pin type face wrench for swiveling around the mounting axis assembly. The use of lubricant is reduced at constant temperatures upwards of 70?C.
