Detail Description:
The digital display water boiling machine is mainly applied in insulator test of salty water boiling according to IEC requirement to composite insulators. It is used for inspection of tightness between polymeric housing and fiber glass rod. In IEC 61109, it is required that polymer insulator shall be boiled in salty water for 42 hours and a electrical withstand voltage test and steep-front voltage test be performed later on.
In other means of usage, this machine is also used as a way for polymer insulator manufacturers to test tightness between polymeric housing and rod after 96hours boiling, which helps manufacturer to know the effect of his technics.
