The plastic system uses accurate measurements for all colors to create fine designs. There are more than 1,740 color references to choose from including a few transparent and opaque colors. There are grays, browns, metallic colors and other common choices to find here. There are also 900 cross-references to the Pantone matching and color system.

The chips create three thickness rates to show how translucent colors may be. They are organized in three-ring binders and have glossy finishes with matte designs. There are 1,005 opaque colors in three binders and 735 transparent colors in two binders in their own separate selectors.
