The Bowers MicroGauge is a two-point bore-gauging system that is specifically designed for measuring small bores between 1 mm and 6 mm. It features a measuring head and digital readout, which together are about the same format and size as a ballpoint pen. With the simple push of two buttons, the LCD display is easily set.

Results are displayed with switchable .01, .001, .0005 mm resolution. Data transfer is possible with a Proximity USB or RS-232 output. Sphere-shaped, hard-chromed contact points are used in the construction of the measuring heads, which are placed in appropriate setting rings.

Like other bore-gauging products by Bowers, the MicroGauge system is available as a full set or as individual instruments. The setting rings are all supplied as standard with UKAS certification.
