The PPSQ-31A/33A Model, manufactured by Shimadzu, is a protein sequencer which integrates the standard PPSQ system and HPLC system software in one package. It has the ability to control selection/input of analytical conditions, as well as reaction steps, and analysis results through a a single window. The unit gives chromatogram reprocessing in detecting amino acid sequences. It improves data analysis functionality.

The protein sequencer offers highly sensitive detection, analysis stability, newly developed software, and PTH-amino acid analysis in isocratic mode.
