The SEMTECH-FID from Sensors is made to measure complete hydrocarbons, using a vacuum flame ionization detector. The system minimizes the loss of hydrocarbons preceding analysis in the FID chamber.

The sample is kept at 191?C with the use of a warm filter and warm sample line. The fittings are built with stainless steel, which has low gas adsorption properties.

The unit has a warm up time of 60 minutes to reach from 20?C to 191?C to meet specifications.
