RAE Systems offers QRAE 3 which is a full featured one- to four-sensor pumped or diffusion 4-gas monitor. The device is very robust and suits a variety of applications. It can continuously monitor exposure of oxygen (O2), combustibles, and toxic gases such as hydrogen sulfide (H2S), carbon monoxide (CO), sulfur dioxide (SO2) and hydrogen cyanide (HCN). The device is useful for workers and responders in hazardous areas.

QRAE 3 is capable of achieving wireless communications. This ensures that readings of real-time instruments and status of alarm (such as Man Down alarm) can be accessed from all locations, resulting in improved visibility and quicker response. The wireless monitoring also improves safety by communicating hazard readings in real time to ProRAE Guardian Safety System and the EchoView Host Mini-Controller Closed-Loop Wireless System. This ensures safety officers and commanders are better updated about workers and responders. The real-time situational updates are available for safety officers both outside the immediate area of an incident as well as those in the ?hot zone.?
