The HKED instrument offered by ORTEC employs the latest technology developed by the NIS-5 group at LANL. This new technology results from consequent and continuous development over several years. The superior analysis routine resulting provides a substantial improvement in performance over traditional HKED units. It also extends the scope of applications to include analytical laboratory applications.
